Where do you manufacture?

We manufacture in the United States, Asia, and the Dominican Republic. Each new project is handled on a case by case basis and is manufactured at the location that best suits the customer’s needs and goals.

What is your Minimum order Quantity for bags?

Utilizing both domestic and overseas production we are able to offer custom cases in quantities ranging from 50 to 50,000 pieces. At Norris MOQ is a factor of our customer’s target price, material, and quantity requirements.

What are my logistics options?

Norris has daily pickups from small parcel companies like FedEx and UPS. We ship to both domestic and international destinations. We are happy to help coordinate with your domestic LTL freight company of choice or international freight forwarder as well.

How do you ship?

We have shipping options that range from full container load quantities to single box drop ship quantity.

Can you drop ship?

Yes. There may be a small additional fee depending on the shipment size and product.

Can you ship directly from the factory to the end user?

Yes we can ship to anyone along the supply chain.

Will you hold stock for us?

Yes, we have fulfillment programs based on blanket orders.  These programs are tailored to each customer and vary.

What are your standard payment terms?

With approved credit, our standard terms are Net 30 days from shipment.  Custom or private label work requires a deposit with purchase order.

Can I buy just 1-tube set or 1-wheel if that is all I need?

Of course! Please refer to our OEM hardware pages. Almost all of those items are in stock and can be shipped within 3-5 business days. 

What are your Standard Lead-Times?

Any stock items that we carry (Carts/Tubes/Wheels) typically ship 3 to 5 days following the placement of an order. For any custom product or product made overseas our standard leadtime is 12 weeks, but may vary based on project type.

Do you work with online retailers/distributors?

Yes, our cart line is available online. If you are interested in becoming distributor please call 513.688.7300.

Is Norris Corp willing to do private labeling?

Yes, most of our cases and bags have someone else’s name/logo on them.

How does your product development work?

We try to make it as easy as possible for our customers. You provide us with your idea, whether it be a physical sample, a number of current products you would like to use as a basis, or just a napkin drawing. We will take your concept and bring it to life. Norris will keep you up to speed throughout the development and sampling process and all final approvals/decisions. See more >

Do you sign Non-Disclosure agreements?

Yes.

Can I get a sample?

Yes, our development process usually involves a prototype sample a second samples and then a pre-production sample.

warranty

What are the terms of your limited lifetime warranty on carts?

The Super Cart Series features one of the best warranties in the business. The steel and aluminum frames, telescoping tubes, axles, and handles are covered for the life of the product.  We will replace these parts at no cost to you for parts or labor provided the parts did not become damaged due to misuse.  Wheels and elastic straps will wear out over time, so they are not covered under warranty. We have replacement wheels and straps available. Call us for a return authorization number and further instructions. Return shipping cost are at your expense.

Do you offer a warranty on your bags?

Yes, we can offer a warranty on our bags if our customer allows us to design and build their bag to the level of quality that will support a warranty.  All of our carts are covered under a limited lifetime warranty.
